Hoi allemaal,
De laatste woensdag van de maand dus...... (trom geroffel)
tijd voor de kleurenschakel, joepie.
Ja ik kijk er steeds zo erg naar uit, het is zo'n leuke uitdaging en ik
ben altijd razend benieuwd wat de anderen ervan gemaakt hebben.
Omdat ik hier met een grote verhuis bezig ben van mijn knutsel HOEKJE
naar een heus knutsel KAMERTJE had ik niet gedacht dat ik er twee
ging af krijgen maar kijk het is toch gelukt om ze beide af te werken.

It's the last wednesday of the month and that means...... ((drum roll)
time for our colour chain reveal, jeej.
I always look forward to this, it's such a fun challenge and I am
always so curious what the others made. Since I'm very bussy with a big
move here, from a tiny craft CORNER to a real craft ROOM(y-small one)
I didn't think I would manage to make two cards. But hey, here I am
I did finish both of them.
De twee kleuren waarmee we deze maand moesten werken zijn:
ZWART dat meegekomen is van vorige maand en
TURQUOISE dat als nieuwe kleur gekozen was.
Dat wil zeggen dat we voor volgende maand het Turquoise
behouden en iemand een nieuwe kleur zal kiezen om hiermee te
combineren. Ben benieuwd !!
The two colours we had to work with this month are:
BLACK wich we kept from last month and
TURQUOISE which was chosen as new colour.
That means next month we will keep the Turquoise and someone
will choose a new colour to combine with the turquoise.
Voor de achtergrond heb ik Dylusions inkt spray gebruikt zwart en turquoise.
Daarop een stuk vellum om de kleuren iets te temperen.
Op het vellum de ballet slippers gestempeld met Versamark en heat set
met turquoise embossing poeder daarna nog ingekleurd met
Distress Inkt peacock feathers.
Wat bloemen, blaadjes, parels en een strikje.
For the background I used Dylusions sprays black and turqoise.
I layered a piece of vellum on top of that to tone down the colours.
On the vellum I stamped the ballet slippers and heat set them with turqoise
embossing powder and then coloured them in with Distress Ink peacock
feathers. Some flowers, leaves and a little bow to finish up.
Voor deze heb ik 1 strook wit kaart karton bestempeld met een achtergrond
die ik weer met het turquoise embossing poeder bewerkt heb. De andere
strook is zwart kaart karton met een andere achtergrond stempel en
hetzelfde embossing poeder. Een stukje kraft in het midden bestempeld
in wit, enkele bloemen, meeldraden en scrappers floss.
For this card I stamped a background stamp on white cardstock and heat
set with turqoise embossing powder. The other strip is black cardstock with
another background stamp and the same embossing powder.
In the middle a small piece of kraft stamped in white, some flowers,
stamens and scrappers floss.
Ik ben heel benieuwd wat jullie van mijn kaartjes vinden en ik
